29 October 2026 homepage refresh:
The owner supplied four Flow AI animations: front aerial, side aerial, coconut
palms/pavilion and reef diver. The aerials include the owner's requested removal
of the neighbour's abandoned structure and replacement of its footprint by grass.
These are AI-animated/restored derivatives, not unaltered drone recordings.
The reef diver animation and its opening-frame posters adapt Kalana Weeramuni's
"Dive in pigeon island.jpg" (source and CC BY-SA 4.0 link above); restoration,
animation, cropping and web encoding were applied. These derivatives remain
available under CC BY-SA 4.0. Other refreshed hero stills use AI-restored and
reframed versions of owner-supplied photos, recorded per image in the media data.
Video web renditions retain the supplied normal playback speed and have no audio.

Client-supplied room/building photographs and the existing real resort photographs
are faithfully software-upscaled with Real-ESRGAN realesrgan-x4plus. The delivery
encoder blends back 15% of the original texture. These are not native 4K camera files.
Double/Twin photographs currently show a real building exterior; a room interior
photograph is awaiting the client.

The coastal paddling image is generated beach atmosphere, not a photograph of a resort excursion.
Water, palm shadows, dawn and selected destination atmosphere retain generated
concept imagery as recorded per slot in lib/coast-media.ts. Yoga uses the existing
owner-supplied real stock footage and still frames, not a resort documentary shoot.
